The technician showed up said was to hot didnt reccomend getting big hose out might damage grass. He suggested spot spray. He was litterally here 5 minutes and left told me he would put us on schedule for the full spray the following week when cooler. Still waiting and we were charged for full treatment. Going on 2 weeks not very happy

I will never hire another lawn care service again. They keep treating the lawn and I keep having crab grass and weeds. I’ll do it myself but feel locked in since I paid for the year upfront. A refund at this point does not seem to be an option. But they’ll keep coming back to treat as needed…more often than the schedule even, I’ll give them that. But what’s the point if it doesn’t work.

I would like to recognize Kory for the excellent service today. He handled the TruGreen treatment professionally, efficiently, and with care. I especially appreciated that after spraying the backyard, he noticed the gate was broken and still took the time to put it back properly before leaving. That showed real respect for my property and attention to detail. Kory did a great job, and I am very satisfied with today’s service.

Dave is the absolute best. He should be teaching the class in customer service. We have had Dave as our True Green Guy for 3 years and he takes great care of us and ensures we are 100% satisfied. He takes great pride in his work and his costumers. Thanks Dave for all you do!

I’m not going to kill you with a 1 star but I am uploading for future improvement. I cancelled my service today. Look at the distinct difference between my yard and a couple neighbors. I understand we are still in a little dormancy but I also have dandelions and weeds throughout. A couple neighbors are lush green and weed less Not worth the 800$ a year Also. A portion of my yard never gets done behind the fence. This has been an issue since the first service , it never gets addresssed.
